Intrastat (Goods)
Since 1993, any Company, performing Intra-EU acquisitions or dispatches of goods, must perform an Intrastat return.
In France, this is the case if your company performs:
- Acquisition of goods from another EU country
- Transfer of goods from a warehouse located in another EU country
(stock transfer) - Dispatch of goods to another EU country
- Transfer of goods from a warehouse located in France to another EU country
(stock transfer) - Etc.
